Full Tuition Payments are due, paid in full, by June 15th. The payment will include the New Student Fee.
10-Month Plan tuition payments begin in July and end in April of each school year. Families who elect to finance their tuition through the 10-month payment plan with Tuition Management must participate in the Tuition Insurance Refund Plan. This annual fee is automatically billed to your student account. The New Student Fee will be added to the first tuition payment.
Tuition Management Payment Plan is completed along with enrollment.
Tuition amount covers tuition, paperback and consumable books, and Outdoor Education Program trips. No refund of fees can be made except as provided under the Tuition Refund Plan. Students are enrolled for the entire school year or such portion as may remain after the date of entrance. The fact that tuition is paid in installments does not constitute a fractional contract. Coverage under the plan is contingent upon payment of the insurance charge within 14 days from the first class day of the academic year.
St. Clement’s School offers tuition assistance for students whose families need support with the full cost of a St. Clement’s education. Tuition assistance is awarded on the basis of demonstrated need to qualified students. St. Clement’s School uses the Blacbaud Tuition Grant and Aid Assessment Service for recommendations on financial assistance awards. The school maintains the highest level of confidentiality in this process. A copy of the Tuition Grant and Aid Assessment information may be obtained through the Office of Admission.
