10-Month Plan tuition payments begin in July and end in April of each school year. The Tuition Deposit is credited to the first tuition payment in July. Families who elect to finance their tuition through the 10-month payment plan with Smart Tuition must participate in the Tuition Insurance Refund Plan. This is annual fee is automatically billed to your student account.
Smart Tuition Payment Plan is completed along with enrollment.
Tuition amount covers tuition, paperback and consumable books, and Outdoor Education Program trips. No refund of fees can be made except as provided under the Tuition Refund Plan. Students are enrolled for the entire school year or such portion as may remain after the date of entrance. The fact that tuition is paid in installments does not constitute a fractional contract. Coverage under the plan is contingent upon payment of the insurance charge within 14 days from the first class day of the academic year.
St. Clement’s School offers tuition assistance for students whose families need support with the full cost of a St. Clement’s education. Tuition assistance is awarded on the basis of demonstrated need to qualified students. St. Clement’s School uses the SMART Tuition Grant and Aid Assessment Service for recommendations on financial assistance awards. The school maintains the highest level of confidentiality in this process. A copy of the SMART Tuition Grant and Aid Assessment information may be obtained in the Office of Admission.
