  • Fee Description

    • Application Fee: $125.00 Application Fee is due with online application for processing and student testing.
    • New Student Fee: A one-time $500.00 New Student Fee is required of all new students upon enrollment.
    • Registration Fee: $250.00 Registration Fee is required for all student enrollment and reenrollment.
  • Payment Schedule

    • Application Fee is due at time of submission of online application.
    • Registration Fee is due at time of online enrollment following acceptance.
    • New Student Fee is paid in with the first tuition payment. 
  • Financing

    • Full Tuition Payments are due, paid in full, by June 15th, 2021. The payment will include the New Student Fee. 
    • 10-Month Plan tuition payments begin in July and end in April of each school year. Families who elect to finance their tuition through the 10-month payment plan with Smart Tuition must participate in the Tuition Insurance Refund Plan.  This is annual fee is automatically billed to your student account. The New Student Fee will be added to the first tuition payment. 
    • Smart Tuition Payment Plan is completed along with enrollment.

    Tuition amount covers tuition, paperback and consumable books, and Outdoor Education Program trips. No refund of fees can be made except as provided under the Tuition Refund Plan. Students are enrolled for the entire school year or such portion as may remain after the date of entrance. The fact that tuition is paid in installments does not constitute a fractional contract. Coverage under the plan is contingent upon payment of the insurance charge within 14 days from the first class day of the academic year.
  • Tuition Assistance

    St. Clement’s School offers tuition assistance for students whose families need support with the full cost of a St. Clement’s education. Tuition assistance is awarded on the basis of demonstrated need to qualified students. St. Clement’s School uses the SMART Tuition Grant and Aid Assessment Service for recommendations on financial assistance awards. The school maintains the highest level of confidentiality in this process. A copy of the SMART Tuition Grant and Aid Assessment information may be obtained through the Office of Admission.
