2010-2011 Hot Lunch Program
Parent Council is proud to introduce our new Hot Lunch Caterer, Janet Rojo, owner of La Vianda Catering Service. Janet has been in the culinary arts for 10 years and is the mother of 3 young daughters. She has catered various St Clement’s functions as well as provided lunch for other private schools. She has been an advisor to EPISD on Texas Nutritional Guidelines and CNP (Child Nutritional Guidelines). Janet has a variety of quality healthy meals planned for our children. She will be asking St. Clement’s parents to share their family favorites so she may include them in our upcoming school menu. As a parent, she is truly conscious of portions, the energy children require and the nutrition they need to grow.
The daily menu selection will consist of a hot lunch entrée and its respective sides or a deli sandwich with a side of chips, veggies and/or fruit. The popular pizza Fridays will continue. Lunch will be served on trays and washed daily in the kitchen’s new commercial dishwasher. Please come by the kitchen and meet Janet.
Parent Council continues to make Hot Lunch improvements each year. We welcome your feedback. Provecho!

Password: Parents of new students will receive an email with student’s Hot Lunch identification number and password. The password may be changed when you log into the system. Parents of returning students use the same Hot Lunch identification number and password. If you have forgotten the number and or password, link to the “Online Lunch Program” (see above) and press “Retrieve User Name/Password” and enter a valid email address. If the email address you enter is different from the address in the system, contact Veronica Skidmore at the email address listed below.

Cost: Small portion* (elementary students) $4.95
Large portion* (middle school students/teachers) $5.95
Order deadline: Lunch orders and payments for lunch orders are due in advance by the 15th of the previous month.

Forgotten lunch: Students can purchase a hot lunch for $6.95. Forgotten lunch charges will be billed to the student’s account.
